The purpose of the Association shall be to enhance that area of the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico which is bounded on the West by San Mateo and 1-25, bounded on the North by San Antonio, bounded on the East by Wyoming and Burlison, and bounded on the South by Academy; to promote a better neighborhood and community through group action so that the quality of life in the area shall be in keeping with the safety of the Residential Members, and the social, environmental, cultural and historic needs and interests of the Residential Members.
